Race for Education Awards

Dear Parents,

We still have many goodies left over from the bake sale today so we will be continuing the bake sale tomorrow during lunch time as well. Please send money with your child if you would like them to be able to purchase something.

Thank you to everyone who has donated old wooden items to be painted by students for the Silent Auction. We now have as many items as students will be able to paint by the auction day. Your quick response is greatly appreciated!

This Tuesday, November 25th, will be a special Race for Education chapel. Awards will be given out for student accomplishments during the Race for Education day and fundraising. Grades 5-8 have chapel at 8:30. Grades K4-4 have chapel at 9:15. All parents are welcome to attend!

Also, we have a new inventory of Scrip for the Holidays. Stop by the back lobby Monday, Wednesday, or Friday afternoon to see what we have! Also feel free to visit the main office anytime to take a look through our inventory.

Enjoy the rest of your week!

Race for Education Donation

Parents,

This is a reminder that Race for Education donations are due by Monday, November 24th. We will still be accepting donations after this time, however, donations received after November 24th will not count toward student prizes.

Also, the PTA is asking that you consider donating any old chairs, tables, picnic tables, or any other old wooden objects for our Christmas Silent Auction. The students will be repainting these items and adding their own personal touches to them to sell at the auction. If you are able to donate any items, please respond to this email or contact the main office (856)-881-3369.

We are expecting very cold weather this week and we still want to be able to give students some outside time during the day. Please remember to send your students with heavier coats so that they may go outside for recess.

Thank you!

Aftercare Information

Dear Parents,

We realize that there may be some concern about the procedures for aftercare pickup after the office closes at 4:00PM. Our aftercare staff have authorized pickup forms on hand that have been filled out by you with the names of people authorized to pick up your
child. Only people on that list will be permitted to pick your child up from aftercare.
Please make sure that you keep your authorized pick-up form up to date.

If you need to contact the aftercare staff after 4:00PM and notify them of any situation please call or text Leslie Charles at 856-889-6145. We are also in the process of setting up an email account for the aftercare staff as well that would allow you to send them an email if you need to make contact.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reply to this e-mail or contact the main office (856)-881-3669.

Thank you!

Parent volunteers for the Holiday House Needed

Parents,

We are in need of many more parent volunteers for the Holiday House event in December. If you are able to help, please fill out the volunteer form previously sent home and return it to us by tomorrow. You can also contact Mrs. Chris Gossard by emailing cmg1rn@comcast.net to let her know if you are available to help. If we do not get enough volunteers by tomorrow, we will have to cancel the event. We would really appreciate your help! :)

Also, due to a scheduling conflict, the ACA Chick-Fil-A night will be taking place at the Deptford Chick-Fil-A rather than the Sicklerville location this Thursday.

Please remember to send lunch with your child tomorrow as we will not be serving hot lunch until Wednesday.

Thank you!
